Come at a low season, not many people these days. At dinner time my spouse wants to find a fine dining to release long trip press. We walk around the town found this restaurant a good vibe. And the food and service feels like home. Really good place to go. Better than the score rate trust me.

This place is amazing. We were assisted by Aziz and he is able to communicate well in English. He is very attentive with our needs. Well done Aziz. The food were spot on. The steak was cooked according to our preference, the ribs were tender. Their breads were served warm which is a bonus and I really loved the mezzes with it. Will recommend this to our friends.

For lunch today, we dined at Sedef Restaurant and ordered the Clay Pot Kebab (lamb) and the Beef and Lamb dish, both of which were outstanding in flavor and perfectly prepared. Before the main courses were served, we were treated to a complimentary plate of warm flatbread accompanied by three small dipping sauces, all of which were delicious and a wonderful introduction to the meal. The service was equally impressive — the waiters were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. This was by far the most satisfying meal we had during our time in Türkiye, and it truly deserves the highest praise.

Sedef Restaurant delivered one of the best meals we have had in Cappadocia. The food was flavourful, authentic, and served fresh! The meat was so tender, their Dana and Kuzu Testí Kebap. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for families and travellers looking for a great local dining experience. A special mention goes to Muhammed, who made our visit even more memorable. His service was attentive, respectful, and sincere. He anticipated what we needed, checked on us at the right moments, and carried himself with a professionalism that truly stood out. He even ended our dinner with a complimentary additional rice pudding. Great food, great service, and a waiter who elevates the entire restaurant.

Strongly recommend this place. We ordered mushroom cheese, pulled beef, lamb in hot stone & beef with yogurt. All the dishes were fantastic. I will definitely come again. Muhammed’s service was really good and friendly as well. He gave us free apple tea & rice pudding dessert to end of the meal, and both were so yummy as well!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! We had a fantastic dinner in Cappadocia — everything was delicious and the service was excellent. The prices were very reasonable too. We tried two kinds of soup, both full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. The traditional meat dishes, especially the beef and lamb, were incredibly tender and tasty. They also treated us to complimentary appetizers, fresh bread, tea, and dessert. The dessert was soft, delicate, and simply amazing. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves authentic Turkish food and warm hospitality!

Amazing food and service!! I loved the kebab on yogurt with potatoes. Was a bit nervous about it since never had anything like that but ended up eating the entire thing. Was very delicious!! Appetizers and service were amazing. Also appreciate that they offered us complimentary dessert at the end!!

Food is very delicious! We went here twice already because the food and service are really worth the money here. They also had free bread and tea which were so good. Our waiter, Muhammed, has been very hospitable and attentive, we appreciate his good service! We highly recommend this place and we would definitely come back.
